Dr. David Loughrey is a Portfolio Manager in the ARC Hub for Therapeutics liaising with University College Dublin (UCD). David obtained his Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, and his B.E. degree from UCD. David has extensive research and leadership experience from academia, including Emory University School of Medicine, Georgia Institute of Technology and The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in integrating next-generation sequencing technologies into drug delivery platforms.
