The ARC Hub for Therapeutics is delighted to launch the ARC Catalyst Innovation Talks, a new online training series bringing together experts in translational therapeutics to inspire researchers to turn discoveries into therapies and create real impact for patients and society.
The first session will take place online on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00, with Dr Araz Raoof, Executive Director of the ARC Hub for Therapeutics, presenting “Discovery of New Therapeutics: Small Molecule Approaches to Autoimmunity.”
Araz brings over 25 years of global biopharma experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery and early clinical development. Throughout her career, she has held senior R&D roles at leading companies including Janssen, Tibotec, Ferring and Elan, working across multiple therapeutic areas.
In this opening ARC Catalyst Innovation Talk, Araz will draw on her extensive experience to share insights into the discovery and development of new therapeutics, with a particular focus on small molecule approaches to autoimmunity.
