The Oncogene RAS-RAF pathway hyperactivation drives a large number of cancer types. The aim of this proposal is to inhibit RAF and RAS signalling by targeting critical scaffold proteins that coordinate the assembly and allosteric activation of the RAF-MEK-ERK signalling module.
