Jens Rauch is an Assistant Professor in the School of Biomolecular and Biomedical Science and a Group Leader at Systems Biology Ireland (SBI) at University College Dublin (UCD). His research focuses on cancer signalling, with a particular emphasis on malignant melanoma, personalized drug combinations, and drug development. By integrating systems biology, proteomics, and the study of protein-protein interactions, his group aims to unravel the mechanisms driving therapeutic responses and resistance. Dr. Rauch contributes both research leadership and teaching excellence in systems-level biomedical science.
RAF-RAS Pathway Inhibition
