Dr. Darren Fayne is an Assistant Professor in Computational Chemistry at Dublin City University (DCU), specialising in computer-aided drug design (CADD), cheminformatics and nuclear-receptor modulation. He holds a PhD in computational and organic chemistry and experience at Solvay Pharmaceuticals in Germany. Dr. Fayne leads academic and industrial collaborations to rationally design small-molecule modulators of disease-related proteins, advancing chemistry-based therapeutics and computational approaches.
